Next, we use a prequalification process and worksheet to help you understand what you’re getting into
This provides options to get more bang for your buck and truly understand where you stand and what you can really afford
Then, I work with your realtor to make an offer and get sellers and buyers realtor to accept their offer
This is hard in this market due to lack of inventory
Sometimes I call the sellers agent to sell (upsell) the deal
Once offer accepted, I help you understand what documents are needed (W-2, taxes), we'll get it underwritten in 2–3-week period
When you work with me, I will make you comfortable in the process so you can focus on getting kids transferred schools, moving trucks, etc. My job is to take the financing end off your list of things to worry about!
